Change of Mind

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, unopened and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used Paw & Nose Balm and used or applied Paw Grips cannot be returned for change of mind.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so we can assess it and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Australian Consumer Law

This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products sold by Boopii come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances and nature of an issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.

Refunds

Once an approved change-of-mind return has been received and assessed, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you'd like to request an exchange, contact us before returning your product.
